Each project manager has at least 5 years in the a building trade with one having over 30 and a considerable amount of time has gone into training them to be customer oriented instead of builder oriented. We are general contactors and use subs to do our work however because of volume and our “pay when complete policy” most of the subs we currently have work for us exclusively.

Here are some of the things that make us different:

• Our estimates are quotes and we guarantee they will not go up unless you change something.
• Our completion date is guaranteed in the contract. If we don’t finish on time we pay you $150.00 per day!
• We accept all major credit cards.
• We change the lock on your basement door and provide you with a key so your home or family is secure when you are away.
• All personnel and most of the supplies will go through the windows. Our commitment is the work going on downstairs will not affect life upstairs.
• We provide storage PODS for you to place your items from the basement in. This can then be taken off-site for the duration of the project or can remain on the property.
• Open communication. We are committed to communicating what is going on daily either through e-mail or telephone. You will always know when someone is going to show up and when they will not.
• Having finished over 150 basements so far in 2007, we can provide references of customers we are currently working with or have recently completed their project so you get an accurate picture of the status of the company now, not 6 months ago.
